1. Go To h www.paypal.com.

2. Click On sign up and select the account type like business or individual and click on continue.

3. Now a new window will open and select your country, User name and password for you PayPal account and click on continue.

4. A new layout will open and here you have submit your personal details like name, address, mobile number , dob etc. check I agree button and click on agree and create account tab.

5. Here comes an important step where you have to enter link your debit card or credit card with your PayPal account or you can link link you card later by clicking on “I’ll link my card later” appearing at the bottom of the same options your PayPal account has been created.

6. But it is created only not verified you have to verify your account by submitting you PAN card details because if your account is not verified it won’t work and For attaching your PAN card  go to home tab and click on Provide Pan tab and enter your pan card number.

7. Just like the way you give your PAN card details you have to verify some other things on PayPal like Mobile, Email and bank Account after completion of all these steps your PayPal account got fully verified and ready to use.
