Hi, I am RD Singh today I am going to tell you about a very basic topic that is how can we open bank account in India, Actually you just have to follow some simple steps and you will get your bank account.

1. Select a Bank: - First of all you should have to decide a bank in which you want to open your account there are many banks in India to get banking services some of the most popular banks are SBI (State Bank of India), PNB (Punjab National Bank) these two are the most popular govt. banks and there are also many private banks like ICICI, Axis, HDFC and many more these are most popular banks of private sector, But these banks require more amount to open the account at least 10,000rs are required to get services from these banks.

2. Fill The Form: - Second step is to fill up the form, affix your photo on that form and fill up your details on that form.

3. Documentation: - Attach your identity proof like pan card, voter id card, Adhar Card etc, and address proof like Electricity Bill, Ration Card, Adhar Card etc.

4. Submitting Documents At Banks: - After Completing the above steps you just need to submit your documents and proofs at bank and deposit some cash into your account in govt. banks it may take 2 to 3 working days But in private banks your account will be activate within few hours, with all services like net banking, ATM cards etc.
